Coordinating informal room

We recently moved to a townhouse. Thete is a small area (11x10) to watch TV and access the deck. I recently purchased a chevron designed sisal rug and 2 swivel chairs. Pictures below. The walls are a very light warm gray with white trim. Trim is very extensive, crown aprox 8" wide. Ceilings are 10'. Room faces east. The flooring is white tile with green/blue accent tiles. I would like to reupholster a Henredon down filled love seat. I'm having trouble choosing upholstery fabric. We need performance fabric due to pets.
I appreciate any suggestions on the color for fabric.
