Maybe a little ... but I like them! Are they wool? They remind me of vintage Pendleton or Beacon blankets, so I think they're great ... but can understand wanting a lighter look/feel for warmer months.

Sue, I like those yellow ones. I like big squares as they are visible above the table across the room. I don't care if they are comfortable, people can put them on the floor, most do. This is all about the visual.

They don't look wintery to me, but then I've never changed pillows seasonally - or much of anything else, for that matter. I make changes on whims, but I have not associated my whim with seasons, although perhaps I should.

If you want to change them go ahead, It's totally up to you! Personally I love that boho style all year around.

Well, now that I know they aren't heavier-weight wool fabric, I'm going to vote to keep them. I really like the "collected" feel they bring to the space.

I am reeling a little from Boho style, is that my style haha? But proby.

We have 4 distinct seasons here although winter is not snowy but it is cold. So I like at least two different pillows but I have restrained my self to the same rugs and drapes year round.

I do think those pillows are kind of boho. They're kind of Southwest, but I always think everything like looks like that is Southwest even if it's actually Turkish or from some other place. I occasionally get it wrong so I tend to lump it all together into "boho". (I am not a pro.)

The rest of the room is, of course, not boho.

I don't change my decor throughout the seasons, but I can see how some people like to do that!

I change my living room pillows for spring/summer and fall/winter, but that's the only thing I change. Oh, also throw blankets. I change from fuzzy fleece ones to cotton ones in spring.

They are reminiscent of snow dusted mountain peaks to me and also of the bare winter branches outside the window, so, yes, a bit wintery to me. I would think about what the view out the window will be when everything greens up and bring some of that feeling and colors inside.

The pillows make me think of mountains too in winter time.

I'm leaning towards these. I have liked them for a long time.

I hope you’re happy; you have now encouraged me to look for new spring pillow covers. Which I don’t need. But do want.

Bumble, I love your pillows, and your overall scheme isn't boho to me, not that you're worried about it. And not that I don't like boho, because I do. You have a mix of styles that work very well together, and it's the perfect example of collecting what you love. If you do, it always works.

Saying that... I vote for new pillows, for the same reason Arapaho mentioned. It's a perfect spot to change up for a new season.

My summer pillows last year were simply placeholds from Ikea that I never really liked. I was too focused on outdoor projects to shop further. But I'm not spending another season on "meh" pillows, so I'm on the hunt, too.

I like these with your wall color, although that may not be important to you. The last one is from a Turkish rug, and those are impossible to find as a match, although many can be complementary.

Bumble, I think your pillows are gorgeous. If they were mind and I had your drop dead gorgeous room, I would not even think of it. However, if you want to get some for a more spring summer feel, I totally understand. I have no suggestions, there have been so many great ones already. I just wanted to drop in and say how how much I love your space!

Bumblebeez--first, I love your room! I do think the pillows look wintery but I'm not sure if it would have jumped out to me if you didn't mention it. However, I love so many of the pillows that have been shared (including your choice) so you won't go wrong changing them out.

And thanks to this thread I started looking for new pillows for my living room (I actually have been doing this on and off for a couple of years!). And what do I find? A true winter pillow. Which goes with everything in my living and dining room so bought it for next Season. It's the perfect size for my sofa.

And now I have to start looking for pillows again!

Pillows were one of the first things I started looking for after we moved here 4 years ago. I even had asked for help on these forums and got some great suggestions. Did I act? No. So here I am again, looking at all of these great suggestions.

I have to say I am so amazed at the price differences. The ones I usually liked were very pricey so I would hesitate and then not go for it. Now some of these shared are so inexpensive that it's just surprising.

I really like them all, but this one--Etsy source for that beautiful pillow - wow. The colors are less than ideal for me but it's such a good looking pillow.

I'll likely be back in another 3 years on a pillow thread.

I love pillows and have many covers stockpiled LOL. I prefer buying covers because they store easily and I only use down inserts. I've had most of my covers made, either by Etsy dealers and now an old man semi-retired upholstery guy. He is great!

I change out covers several times a year; seasonally and sometimes just when the mood hits!
