Awareness of myself (and others) has been an interesting lifelong project ... ... so far. ole joyful ... whose phone can take pictures but who hasn't the connections or knowledge to offer them here yet.

Some answers to some questions regarding my post of the old house next door. The two people who lived there were a brother and sister in their mid/late 90's. Neither ever married. They were forcibly removed from the house in 2007 due to being unable to care for themselves. A nephew removed anything of value and the house sat empty till 2018 when it was bought at a sheriffs sale. The new owner did little till a few months ago. Now there is sporadic activity there, hopefully in the right direction. It was a grand house in it's day.

Posting this as an experiment to see how the photo will appear. Also to commemorate the fact that the land on which we live was first occupied by Aboriginal groups.
