shower floor tile dips around drain - any tile guys here?

Any tile experts around here? We installed the Hydroblok shower system, and 2 days ago my brother-in-law (who is a contractor whose laid dozens of shower floors) laid down our tile on the shower floor. It’s not grouted yet. The tile is glass mosaic and very thin so the drain “sat up too high” for it. The tiles dip a little under the drain height now, and it is particularly pronounced on one side. It’s maybe 1/32” to 1/16” of a dip on 3 sides, but more on the 4th side (see pics of it). We are wondering if we should (or even can without damaging the foam pan) pull up those tiles and redo that slant especially around that 4th side? Or all sides? We don’t want water continually pooling around the drain and causing discoloration. But we also don’t want to mess up the slope of the pan by putting more mortar around the drain than is on the rest of the pan.

Would it be better to leave it and take other actions like sealing around the drain on a weekly basis? Or toweling up the water after every shower? Or kicking it down the drain with our feet after every shower? Or just ignoring it because even 1/8” water will evaporate without issues?

Thanks in advance for any knowledgeable input.
