Comments (13)My only hope for redemption of this season is if one of the players from the Edge gets back into the game and wins it, which I sincerely hope happens. Aside from Rick, all of the remaining players are followers and not doers. There have been a few sparks from some of the players, but the play has been boring and predictable. What the heck did Aurora give her extra vote to Ron for anyway? That was the stupidest move. If the Edge didn't exist, it would be so predictable that the girls would pick off the guys and we would be left with these women who have no spark or gumption. Comments (12)Why not respect it on the show too? Diversity is the direction the network has decided to take. I think Jeff explained it well and why it is relevant to the real world. The show is a microcosm of society where people of a common race, culture or religion do band together. There have been many seasons where people banded together because of age or gender. Did it bother you when there were all girl or all boy alliances? Shan bonded with Ricard, a gay white male, first. She found common ground with Liana because of their gender, race, and love for their mothers. Notice how often the black players are the first to be voted off and now Shan, Liana, and Deshawn are being targeted. But not Ricard. The white players could've voted off Ricard, the biggest threat, but Xander said he trusted him more than Liana. This is the same Ricard who whispered to him "Play your idol." I know she’s a big goofball, but she’s also athletic and intelligent and she has the ability to sit back and observe the relationships and scheming among others. She flat out told people that Josh’s idol was a fake. She’s been smart enough to not play her idol. She won’t win though because she gets under people’s skin. Good episode....See More- 3 years ago
