My only hope for redemption of this season is if one of the players from the Edge gets back into the game and wins it, which I sincerely hope happens. Aside from Rick, all of the remaining players are followers and not doers. There have been a few sparks from some of the players, but the play has been boring and predictable. What the heck did Aurora give her extra vote to Ron for anyway? That was the stupidest move. If the Edge didn't exist, it would be so predictable that the girls would pick off the guys and we would be left with these women who have no spark or gumption. Aurora is a challenge beast, I will give her that. Just a disappointing season to me.

"I loved that Elaine won and her comment about her ability to win red neck games. I would love her to win but after that nasty tirade from Missy instructing her menions to rip her apart as she was leaving, she has a big target on her back." But Missy was giving this instruction only to Elizabeth. Tommy and Karishma had both voted with Elaine to oust Missy, so I don't know if they will necessarily go along with Elizabeth against Elaine. Especially Karishma, because she hates Missy and Elizabeth and Missy were tight and operated as one. And I think Karishma will know that getting Elaine is what Missy wanted and would, therefore, not vote for Elaine. And wasn't it Elaine who warned Tommy that Missy was gunning for him that night? If so, he'll have some gratitude towards her, I would hope, and wouldn't want to vote against her. But who knows?

"I hope to God that next season is just Survivor without them trying to bring in all this ridiculous drama." Is this a serious comment? I can't stomach the show and leave the room when my wife is watching but I've seen enough snippets over the years to understand its thrust and posturing for its audience. Be real. What this show is about is voyeurism concerning manufactured and phony situational drama. That's about 95% of what's going on. Other so-called "reality" shows are the same. The drama is front and center, there's nothing else to the show. You can be sure that even those among the production staff who seriously found the guy's behavior to have crossed the line, were delighted that a new and unexpected plot element got introduced to the show. They don't care who wins and who doesn't, they want things to happen to engage the audience to react. A bad reaction is as acceptable as a good one.

And Ricardo, whispering to Xander "Play your idol". What snakes-in-the-grass. So far they haven't been able to trick Xander out of his idol. I'd like to see him win some challenges if he wants to go to the final four.

Can someone explain to me what is the purpose of the island where the losers go? I may have missed that. What will become of those people? I did see where one of them found something. This season is confusing to me.

There are rumors that next fall's season (filming around now) will be all winners. I know many don't like returning players, but I'd love to see all the top players go at it against one another.

With this season being so boring I really miss the Ponderosa segments.

Dedtired they have already had one competition where someone came back from exile. They will probably have more of those so they can get back into the game. Hopefully Joe will be back. They also get clues on exile to advantages.

i agree, pretty predictable... everyone is riding the fence. Victoria - what has she done? Lauren - working with wentworth but that's about it. Julie - she's trying but can't make decisions. Ron- ugh not a fan of his. the Southerner, i don't even know his name - so boring. Love Rick! Aurora - great a challenges but no 'game'.

everyone i like is on Extinction! Aubry, Joe and Wentworth.... w/o them i would just watch the end to see who wins...

Funny how Wardog told them they made the right call as he was leaving. He thinks pretty highly of himself!

I'm curious as to how the jury will work this time - will ALL those people be on the final jury?

I really don't like it when the non-game players make it to the end. Only Rick really has played well I think - esp making it back into the game. I'd still be happy to see Joe make it back in and win it all!

I'll be out of the country for the next 2 Weds night so I'll have some catching up to do - and probably a lot of fast forwarding as this season really has been boring.
