Grandma's purple NOID

I've let it get a little lopsided (I need to turn more) but I was enjoying this NOID today. I have two plants that belonged to my grandmother that she got from the grocery store in the mid-1990s. I've thought this one might be Optimara Barbados a few times (has red reverse) but it doesn't really matter. Good bloomer, hardy plant.

That’s a lovely plant. How rewarding to have one that belonged to your grandmother. It could very well be an Optimara variety though you will never know for certain. It does look much like Optimara Idaho to me.
