Lemon tree Hurricane Damage

Jhon B
last year

Hi, I am not sure if you guys cover lemon trees but I will ask in case you do. My lemon tree got sideswiped by a falling palm during Hurricane Ian. The tree was knocked to the ground and one of the main branches broke off. I was able to uprite the tree but now it is very heavy with branches on one side. I guess the best thing to do would be to prune the other branches to match the broken side, but I just want to get some other opinions. And should I trim before a Y or after one? Here are a few pics of the before and after. PS, Should I remove the fruit, it had about 30 almost but not quite ripe lemons?

Thanks
