Lemon Tree Leaf Damage....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hello again Everyone,

First off I just want to say thank you for all the help with my previous issues with my Meyer Lemon Tree.

I seem to be facing a new issue with my tree, The leaves seem to be drying out with weird spots and yellowing. It is indoors at a south facing window, in a fairly large planter in a room with a temperature range of 68F (20C) - 77F (25C). The soil mix is the classic Al/Tapla which it has been in for 4 months or so. The PH of the soil is at 6 - 6.5. No signs of any bug infestation, some fungus gnats from time to time but no more than 5. I water the tree about once a week sometimes 10 days depending on the soil moisture. The tree is flowering quite successfully but the foliage has seen better days. I feel it has thinned out quite a bit and looks sad. I have uploaded some photos below. As usual, any help is appreciated.

PS the air conditioning unit is stored there it's actually not on or running, no vents are near the tree.

Thank You
