Chipped tiles after shower glass installation?

Would love some thoughts on how to address chipped shower tiles after installation of the glass enclosure- as well as a couple other minor cosmetic issues. This is actually my brother’s shower in another state. (He’s in over his head and I’m trying to help where I can after-the-fact, having recently done an MBA renovation, myself- but these are not issues I experienced.)

Fundamentally:

  1. Is there a clever way to address the red arrows? Thanks!
  2. Unless there’s not an easy fix for the red arrows, I think the blue/yellow arrows pretty much ”are what they are” at this point…

Photo 1:

This is a shower bench that apparently extends beyond the glass to end aligned with outer edge of curb.

  • Red arrow: big chip & silicone mess
  • Blue arrow: top of bench misaligned with edge of verticle tile
  • Yellow arrow: messy cuts. I’m told two different sets of tile guys worked on the shower and one didn’t use a wet saw. Maybe that explains it.

Photos 2 & 3:

These are tight and wide shots, respectively, showing chipped tile on outer edge of shower wall.
