Most of what you'll find here is personal experience and anecdotal type of reference. I have owned GE Profile and Jenn Air ranges...and all in the last 4 years, Fisher & Paykel wall ovens, GE Monogram wall oven, and now Wolf wall ovens. The performance of the Wolf is very impressive over the others. The F&P was good, but I still never loved 'convection' until the Wolf. And Wolf customer service has been excellent. I find the claims made about their (long-proven and tested) technology for the dual fan convection in the linked document to be true in use in our kitchen... Where our large family bakes almost daily, and really puts an oven through its paces with weekly pizza nights, running the oven, plus opening the door a lot, at 500-525 degree temps for which it cooks consistently, pizza after pizza. The Monogram sure couldn't handle that. Employee pricing on the Wolf oven? I'd jump at that in a second. If you're getting a double oven, consider getting 2 single E series, or the double L series, depending on which look you like. The bottom oven on the E series doesn't have convection modes or the use of the probe, and with convection that works this well, I miss it in the 2nd oven. Thanks krantzcool, but I'm a little confused! H.D. plumber told me to disconnect that pilot "tube" from the gas valve and press down on the pilot and if I smell or hear gas, then there's likely a problem w/ a clogged tube? If I don't smell gas, than there's likely a problem w/ the gas valve! Well, I didn't hear or smell any gas at all from that spot on the gas valve, so needless to say, when I hooked it all back up- nothing still! Purge the gas line, leak check ? I'm just a homeowner who want's heat and the "for sale" sign in front of my house in 3 weeks!! Is there anything else I can try before a tech comes on Mon...$$$ ?? Thanks!

Sorry to be slow...have been a busy person this weekend! There are color experts here that are smarter than I am about this...but here goes. To neutralize the pink a bit, I would look for a soft gray or taupe with a very subtle lavender undertone. You don't want it to read purple, but something like Sherwin Williams "Grayish" (SW 6001) or "Snowfall" (SW 6000) or "Chelsea Mauve" (SW 0002). BMoore's "Rockport Gray" (HC-105) is grayer still, but has a good neutrality. Alternatively, a fawn or tan with some peachiness in its undertone will also soften the pink effect. SW's "Reticence" (SW 6064) is a nice soft one with that characteristic; also "Familiar Beige" (SW 6093). If you like the idea of something almost mauve, look at "Doeskin" (SW 6044), which is a sort of rich malted milk color, as well. (I don't recommend the color that is actually called "Malted Milk.") Any neutral that you like that goes more toward the mauve side and less toward the green will help. Notice I say "toward" - not all the way! A good way to test this is to collect some paint chips in pinky beiges, bring them home, and choose one or two that are closest to the colors in your tile. Take those back to the paint store with you, and hold up chips you are considering next to them. You will begin to see how some colors intensify the pink, and some pull it back toward creamy beige.
