Wow ... write it up with a full script and submit it to any of the "Bad Holiday" contests. Writing it out helps. Basically, the ex can't stand it that he's now happy, and his siblings are so into their morals that they can't see the reality. As for the 17-year old daughter. There's hope for her. Don't burn that bridge, but DO try to get her away from the rest of the inlaws occasionally. I had a friend who was poisoned by a toxic mum, and when she was forced to spend the court-alloted time with her dad (he'd been unable to have her for the summers for a long time because he was navy) she bawled all the way to the airport. She came back from the summer with only 4 words for her mum ... "You lied to me!" She was too young to leave home, but she didn't talk to her mum for a couple of months.

Lars, I rather thought the same thing about the TV cooks. . . but that's a heck of a lot of new equipment they must go through. Wonder if there's place they get rid of it. Hmmmm. . . . No, I really don't care if my f/p looks cloudy. I always am more interested in why it occurs. Along the same lines, my thoughts on when they put stuff in the over doesn't center on the gleaming racks. It's that the sound the racks make when the oven is hot is completely different than the sound they make when it's cold, so you know the oven is cold, even if they take it out later, steaming. I think I've also mentioned before that when I watch Giada the minute she first says "There we go" I quite watching for content and count how many times she says it. You would think I'd have something better to do with my mind, wouldn't you?

We're finalizing our contract and list of materials right now, and we're going with the Windsor Pinnacle series. One thing I'm trying to do is STOP reading reviews online! LOL Every window has at least one bad review! The most important thing I've read is that most of the failures come from bad installation, not necessarily bad product. I'm requesting that our builder give us an extended (10 year) warranty on window installation work and we're going over the install guide with a fine tooth comb and insisting that every step be followed along the way.
