Tartine sourdough with more whole wheat

I have been making sourdough for a few years and have mainly used the recipe from the Tartine cookbook but I would like to have a higher proportion be whole wheat flour. Currently, for 2 loaves I use 900g bread flour and 100g whole wheat flour with 75% hydration. If I wanted to increase to 250g whole wheat, would I need to increase the hydration? If so, to what percentage?
