Several times now, being in sunlight makes me queasy. Why?

last year

Fornthe second or third time in a couple of weeks, being outdoors in sunlight seems to be making me queasy.

Sometimes it’s been quite hot, so, okay, I can accept that.

But a short while ago, I went ouut for just 5 to 8 minutes and began feeling queasy. The temperature was perhaps 80 to 85 deg F, a 6 mph breeze, and I had on a sleevless top and a full brimmed light khaki tilly. I was just standing, asking DH a question about tomatoes, and after 5 minutes began feeliq queasy.

In the past few weeks, while doing a bit of simple repotting and watering (and enjoying doing so), I got ill feeling and queasy after aqbout an hour. I was not always in full sun and had coolwater with me.

I retreated to indoors for a break, But this morning, I was only in the sunshine for about 5 to 10 minutes, Not feeling particularly waarm either. I was not looking into bright sunlight.

I hope to return to the gardens and get some work done. Have any of you experienced this? I thought I got good sleep last night.
