Bathroom/Powder Room Vanity and Wall Accessories
Comments (3)We updated ours a year ago. Some before and after photos are linked from "My Page". Because of the door clearance it was necessary to make modifications to the vanity so it would fit but we like the storage it provides vs. the pedestal installed by the builder....See MoreCeiling color for small powder room?
Comments (9)The paint store can do it. Just tell them you want 25 percent of whatever color. Every now and then they can't because the formula doesn't allow it (if a formula calls for just one drop of a color, you can't divide it into fourths)....See MoreNeed help picking a small powder room paint color
Comments (49)Hi all! Thanks for all of your suggestions. The laundry chute is non functional as the previous owners inadvertently blocked part of the opening in the basement when they had it finished. I'm thinking about skipping the shelves and putting a towel bar and then some artwork hanging on the wall above it. @boxerpal The color is SW Grape Mist. I really like how it turned out!...See MoreHelp with powder room styling/accessories!
Comments (12)I think if someone says she needs extra light, we should believe that she knows what she needs. I think you could easily put a lamp on the left hand counter; you'll get double light from the reflection, too. It is far enough from the faucet and the lower counter would protect from water getting onto the lamp. This site has a nice selection of plug in sconces, but they are everywhere. sconces I found this bathroom with a countertop lamp that had some other good ideas: I like the tray to contain the decor. I'd probably put one very large or two large baskets in the cubby. What an odd space; I wonder what was planned there? Or you could add a shelf for towel storage and a couple of baskets for extra tp, etc. Add some art (esp a nice larger size piece next to the door that reflects in the mirror....See Moremonalynde
