Recipes for not-dry meat in air fryer?

SEA SEA
last year

Dd got me an air fryer for Mother's Day. How sweet! It seems a little Rolls Royce-y to me, compared to the ones I've seen.

I have figured out veggies, like cauliflower. Ha! I made french fries using the included square basket, and while they came out nice, it took two cycles on the "french fry" button. I later learned there is a round rotisserie basket that fries are supposed to be made in, but the picture showed fries in the square basket, so that is what I did. We enjoyed the fries though, and I liked that they hadn't been boiled in oil. Nice change.

I used a recipe from the included cookbook for white meat chicken pieces. It came very dry, with no sauce left. The tray that it cooks on has little slats, so I suppose I could line it with foil next time and see if the moisture level comes out better. Have any of you found nice savory recipes that don't require me to conjure up my inner Julia Child?
