A very Australian bouquet

First time for this epiphyllum to bloom for me: Start of Persia.

We are having a bluestone patio installed in our small backyard along with additional plantings. This is first weeks progress.

Annie, the flower is about 5" to 5½" in diameter - not as large as some of my other epiphyllum flowers, which can be 6-7" in diameter.

I missed Friday’s ” something you made yourself” so here is something I sewed and embroidered for my son, who is about to turn 50. Have kept it all these years.

Tulipa tarda first natural species of tulip. #2 daughter found them in her yard last year...mine are just starting to bloom. 💛💛💛💛💛💛
