I think it looks nice now, but do see some pinkinsh tones in the one pic. Cute house. How about SW6002 Essential Gray or 6003 Proper Gray? I think your house would look very cute in gray with white trim. Or 6247 Krypton or 6248 Jubilee? Those are slightly more blue-gray with green tones in them. Actually 6248 is still beachy but has a green hue as I look at it inside. Not sure if it will hold that color outside. I like the green you like and think it is ok for beachy, but think I might lighten it a shade or two.

The cosmos will look great and is so easy, and you could add some poppies too, they are easy to sow as well and just like cosmos, if you leave some go to seed, they will come back again and again. It's also fun to buy a wildflower mix appropriate for sun or shade, which ever you have and just be surprised by the riotous mix of whatever shows up and all the butterflies that come to visit. You can get the seed type, or the type that looks like dust bunnies (for real!) that you scatter over your lawn and water in very well, or the kind that looks like a fuzzy shelf-lining that you roll out over your lawn or wherever you want your flowers to come up and water that in well.

Have the cost of replacement garage door added into your closing cost. You replace at your convenience when you decide on the exterior colors.

Painting brick is a huge maintenance decision. If you want to cover the brick you should research Romabio. You can add any color to it and it is more permanent. It’s also more expensive initially. That being said, if you want to keep your unique exterior, a close up of the color will help us to suggest colors for trim and other areas that can be painted or stained. My first instinct is to do a warm grey (Urban Bronze is one) on that outside wall and use it for trim as well. Next time the roof needs to be done, it would choose a dark gray shingle. From your photo the roof looks brown. Can we see the front door? It looks like you had it open for this photo.
