I have quite a few daffodils in my yard and this happens to be a loner. And the second picture is that flower using a filter from an app my friend told me about. It's very entertaining to play with the filters. Like I need something else to spend my time on........

jrb, yes. We had these around my grade school when I was a kid and I have always been fascinated by them. In more recent times, when I was out riding my horse, I was shocked to see how much horses like them! They would just dive for the ones that had fallen on the ground and take big bites out of them!!

jmm, your pysanky are beautiful. My mother-in-law used to paint and wax eggs every year to give out at Easter. 💕 She always used real eggs and she had a story for every design. The eggs were raw and would eventually dry out and eventually crack so you would just toss them out. My sister-in-law still paints them. She blows the eggs out but they are very fragile. She also bakes a braided bread (kolach)?, with coloured (usually blue eggs) that looks like a birds nest. I’ve never thought of taking a picture of any of this. ☹️

The Bird loves this stuffed toy. He flirts with it, cuddles it, coos at it. He has a blue one too, but he loves the pink one.
