I should've mentioned Mutts. I've subscribed so they are emailed to me daily. They are so fabulous. I've cut several out and made bookmarks of them.

I view on the free GoCkmics site. Favorites are Calvin & Hobbes, Peanuts, Wizard of Id. Go Comics has many you can select to see on a daily basis so I’m always adding or subtracting some from my favorites. I also look at a few on my daily digital local paper including Zits.

Pearls Before Swine and Pickles are the two that give me the most laughs

I love reading the comics in my paper.

Pickles is an absolute favourite.

I also like Mutts especially when he runs the adoption segments.

Between Friends and Hagar are also good to read.

I started paying more attention to Bizarro (it runs Sats) since I once asked why there is a piece of pie in the cartoon. You all taught me to look for the symbols. I can never get them all, I usually get 4 or 5 when there are supposed to be 9, often 10. I can't remember everything I'm looking for either!

Peanuts, always and forever. And, then Zits and Pickles.

I have a collection of old Pogo books from the early 1950s, and that's the only one I read. I have some of the collectible original (and sometimes first edition) books as well as the new reprints.

Oh, Lars. That brings back some memories.

I love Bizzaro and can usually get all the symbols, I am also fond of old Doonesbury's.

I do miss Pogo...they were so great. I enjoy Pickles too. I looked at the new Nancy...used to read it all the time as a kid and it's become very distasteful to me so I don't read it any more. Fortunately, Beetle Bailey and Blondie have maintained their same sense of humor and I still enjoy them.

I don't pay much attention to comics these days but back in my former life I used to enjoy the Spy vs. Spy comics in Mad magazine.

Calvin and Hobbes, Foxtrot and Garfield. I still watch old episodes of Garfield and Friends on the Roku channel from time to time.

MAD magazine was in a class by itself. Not just the spy vs spy but all of their cartoons and satire, not to mention their covers. I was a devoted fan for many years.

Yes! My biggest score was my sister’s bf at time us a boat load of old ones. We read them for hours.

I’m not sure if was ever a comic strip, though. The books are great.

A few ( like 10 or 12) years ago, I went to a comic convention and saw a panel of writers from Mad Magazine. They had very interesting things to say and were still funny. I bought a set of CDs from them that contained all the Mad Magazines going back to the beginning through the current date, which was about 12 years ago.

Here's something I copies from that CD set, from the 1963 set.

I especially liked that because we got so many reruns of Gale Storm back then.

Back in the early 1960s, you could get plastic figures of Pogo characters in Oatmeal (or something similar), and I collected them all. A few years ago, I bought the ones I did not still have for about $10 each from Yahoo stores. I think people sell them on eBay also, but they are more expensive there. I bought some of the books I did not have on Yahoo and Amazon.

I wish Yahoo still had stores - I used to sell there.

DH likes Zits and Blondie. I like PIckles, Baby Blues, For Better or for Worse. We both wish Doonebury ran more often than only Sunday. We both used to enjoy Mutts, but feel the cartoonist has run out of material. Single panel Bliss has become a sweet favorite, after years of being completely cranky. (Don't you wonder what changed in the man's life?)

Comics are the best part of the newspaper! lol! My favorites are Calvin and Hobbes, Pickles, Zits, For Better and Worse, Foxtrot, Baby Blues and Between Friends (a new one for us). Oh, also Doonesbury. Lately with the news getting more grim by the day, I even read comics I normally bypass, such as Blondie and Hi and Lois.
