Two things jump out at me:

Toss the shutters.

Paint the downspouts the same color as what’s behind them so they disappear.

I love your brick but it seems overpowered by the deep blue siding, bright white trim and black shutters. Because of your gray roof I wonder if a warm grey on your siding would be a good bridge between your warm brick and cool roof. Then maybe an off white trim.

I love a deep blue but it looks top-heavy. I agree with Mojave about a lighter color. What's up with the downspouts?

I agree that the shutters should be removed. They are not sized right.

White or any of these colors would look good.

I vote for white with the brick. Or, a sage green I'm sure will be recommended by a pro.

Im also not opposed to completely painting the brick. The down spouts are terrible and will be removed/fixed once the porch is added

IMO no to painting the brick unless of course you want to devalue the house. I love this combo with brick

Looks like you'll be adding a standing seam roof to the porch addition which will potentially add a 7th contrasting color to the exterior - light gray shingles, ? color metal roof, dark blue gray siding, white trim, pink brick, black shutters and ? color posts - and potentially 8 colors if you change the door. That's a lot competing for attention and all the contrasting colors contribute to a choppy look.

I'm not a proponent of painting exterior brick so I won't suggest it. Consider your fixed elements like the brick and roof(s) and aim to soften the contrast and unify the exterior. This example shows dark red brick and shades of dark gray siding, roof and shutters. The dark gray may look too harsh against your pink brick, the softer gray in your roof is more appropriate.

I'd go with a creamy off white for the siding, with a little peachy undertones. Make the trim a whiter version of the same color.

I am curious….How is the home owner supposed to gutter between the dormers on this house? Will the gutters have to run down the front of the house (onto the porch roof?). Or can they be diverted somehow?

I like taupe/tan/beige with red brock.

As several people have already mentioned (and you probably already noticed), the dark blue makes the house look top heavy. If you paint the brick you are creating a periodic maintenance requirement where there isn't any now. If you do decide to do it, make sure the right type of paint is used as it isn't regular exterior paint, and consider what is called a German schmear which doesn't coat the brick 100%, but would tone down the color. If you leave the brick alone I think the top part should be a creamy color that is close to the color of the brick - maybe BM Natural Wicker OC-1 or Clay Beige OC-11? Without being able to see it next to your brick I'm not sure whether it will look right IRL. As we always tell people when talking about paint colors you have to sample. :-)
