To me you have a great home exterior that just needs a few things:

• Landscaping
• Wide walkway to the front door
• Larger coach light next to the front door
• Address numbers that are visible from the street
• Paint your front door an accent color
• Paint your foundation color a dark color so it disappears (dark gray would work or a color that blends with the brick)
• Paint the downspouts a color to blend with the brick
• Did I mention landscaping :)

Landscaping will be completed once my husband waterproofs the foundation ( preventative maintenance at this point)

Can you suggest a good front door color that will complement this brick ?? We are thinking Navy or Deep Gray. But open to all suggestions

I like your idea of navy for the front door.

I usually prefer lighter colors but the placement of your front door and color of your brick would be conducive to a dark color like navy. You have almost any color you can use for your front door with the very neutral brick and white trim.

It works best to focus on one area at a time. We could deal with the front foundation bed first. Could you return to exact place where you took this picture and add the flanking scenery?

It would be good to create a spacious landing, a wide walk, and make sure the walk is far enough from the building to allow for an adequate foundation planting, including the small tree (which would be make of a large shrub.) The plants are not specific but whatever works to make those shapes and sizes in your locale.
