BM Pittsfield Buff too yellow! Need paint help
Comments (7)I have Barely Beige in my family room paired with an accent wall of SW Toasty, and I'm very happy with the combination. However, I have SW tobacco road in the kitchen, and it does not look good up against the barely beige, so I know what you are going through. I wish I had a suggestion for you! The color under the BB on the strip has a pinkish cast in my room, so that was not an option for me. Something I have looked at SW Ivorie, and even though it's a much lighter color than the tobacco road, it seems to blend better. I'm holding off though until I have more time to test colors...I hope you'll post if you come up with a solution!...See MoreNeed help with BM paint colors for cabinets
Comments (14)Kateskouros- your absolutely right about painting bigger samples. I'm off to the paint store today to get lots of samples. BM has those bigger squares of paper that show the color. Think that would work or should I still paint the samples myself. I may chicken out with the darker color and stick to cream. The cream the cabinets maker had is way to yellow for me, so If I could get something a little more neutral that would work too. Who knows maybe I'll see a sample I love in the grey/greenish color. All I know is that I am driving Dh crazy with all of this. He just wants me to pick a color!!! Remodel1958- can't wait to see your cabs. When do they come in? What else are doing with them? countertop? floor etc? sw in austin- I really like edgecomb grey, definitely a good neutral. Thanks everyone. If you think of anything else let me know!...See MoreNeed compliment to BM Golden Straw in orange shade

Comments (11)Your cabinets are lovely, must you paint them? If you must, I agree with choosing something else first, such as the granite. If you're doing your backsplash too, perhaps go tile shopping. If you fall in love with something, it will help narrow down your paint choices. Easier to do it that way as paint choices are much larger than granite/ tile choices....See Morenjmomma
