The front and back don’t even look like the same house . The front is a far cry from contemporary and if that is what you want board and baton are not either. I would stay with the stucco on the back and paint it a colr from the stone on the front to try to bring those 2 looks a bit together . The windows and the shutters on the front don’t work for me. I would remove the shutters for sure and if possible take the grids out of the windows and get a contemporary front door

It would be too much white for my tastes. I would want some definition between the roof and the walls. I think you can achieve a clean, classic look without going white on white.

I don’t think having each half be a different color is a good idea. Maybe paint them the same color (yes, consider painting the siding the color of the brick). These homes have yellow brick, but they are more charming (sorry) because they’re one material. Landscaping would do wonders, it always does. Paint the front door a fun color, make the front more inviting. Inspiration for beauty, appeal and colors: LOOOVE the red with the brick. Never would have thought of it, that green tile roof looks spectacular with the brick. A whole street of yellow brick homes.

I think, once the color on the siding is gone, the brick, will not look pinkish salmon to you. It appears to be a pretty reddish brick, but, the top color is throwing it off. What were they thinking. LOL Is something wrong with the siding, that you need to replace. It looks good in the picture, except for the color.
