Basement bathroom with toilet. Non-Submersible pump.

Hello all. I'm planning a bathroom in the basement. Sink, shower, laundry, toilet. I think the traditional way of using a submersible pump thats marinating in the sump full of fecal soup is absolutely disgusting and a lousy way of doing it. I plan to do the sump, but instead, have the pump above the sump and located on the basement floor next to it. There will be a pipe installed in the sump about 3 to 6 inches off the bottom along with a 2 prong electric water sensor located about 12 inches off the bottom that triggers the pump. Is anyone familiar with a setup like this? I know the pump needs to have a grinder/mascerator built in, or maybe just having a big enough intake to handle big turds will be good enough. I plan to have 2 valves and 2 unions attached to the pump so that it can be easily disconnected for repair or replacement without the need of pulling a marinated pump out of the sump. Can someone please recommend a 120v or 240v pump that can handle this? Thank you.
