Baseboards, doors and door frames, and windows

Hi all, our house just sustained substantial water damage from flooding. Roughly 80% of the house was affected and most of that will be demoed (restoration company is instructed by insurance to save as much as they can)-- flooring, ceilings and walls, SOME door frames, baseboards, etc. The question now is-- do we spend the extra money out of pocket to put in all new baseboards, doors etc or do we keep the style/color we have? It is VERY hard to match flooring to dark baseboards. We were hoping to lighten the house up a bit--but light flooring with dark baseboards is not a great look.

So we have a few options:

1. Stick with the dark stained baseboards, doors etc and try to find a flooring that doesn't clash-- this is the most budget conscious decision but also run the risk of the flooring looking quite bad.

2. Paint/install white baseboards, paint door and window frames white and get new doors. Windows will remain stained wood-- most costly version but will provide continuity and a more modern and bright feel.

3. I have seen some photos where folks paint the door frames white and leave the wood stained doors. Most risky design decision.

Here are some photos. All wall colors will be changing!
