Listing to sell- need exterior paint color suggestions
Hello- we are listing our home to sell and repairing and painting the exterior. realtor wants us to paint it white and paint shutters and door black. i think we have to leave the trim arouns the door white because of the horizontal white interior shelving that shows through the glass . here are photos if our home and some from pinterest that have a white frame around a black door . would love actual white and black color suggestions thank you!

Comments (5)From the pics that you posted, the only thing that really looks white is your garage door. Unless the whole house is in need of a paint job, I would paint the fascia a darker color. Comments (2)It's a great house. These 'shed' houses look best to me monochromatic- I would paint everything (except the stone) Sherwin Williams Black Fox or Urbane Bronze. When you can afford it the deck handrails could use updating ( I would replace some sections with stadium stairs and others with glass). Otherwise punch up the landscaping a bit and you are good to go. 2 years agoAgree with deco's suggestions. A sage green with soft white trim would be nice. Maybe navy for the door. Similar to this combination.
