Hash brown quiche question

This is recipe I have used and it's really good Farmers Casserole 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup diced cooked ham 1/4 cup chopped green onions 4 eggs 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 1/4 tsp pepper 1/8 tsp salt Directions Place potatoes in an 8 in square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. Beat eggs, milk, pepper and salt; pour over all. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Let set before baking about 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Maire here. I've been a member since 2007 but changed my sign in name 3 or 4 years ago. I live in southern New Jersey, just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. I was a reference librarian for the Free Library of Philadelphia until DH and I started our family. We have 3 adult kids who all live within a few blocks of each other in Philly and it's so gratifying to see that they now get together on weekends or dog sit for each other. They're only 10 miles away so it's easy to pop over the Betsey Ross Bridge and join them for dinner or to see a show. DH retired a year ago and he's still adjusting - actually I am too. I'm thrilled that he gave up his demanding profession and now he has time to relax, read and plant his beloved heirloom tomatoes. He also joined my gym and we've been eating healthier and losing weight. We have a vacation home in NE PA in the middle of the woods and we love spending time there.

what is Cloudflare? I can't get into the KTGP

Cloudflare also offers free-to-use DNS servers that anyone can set in their network configuration. They offer standard/non-filtered, filtered for only malware, and filtered for both malware and adult content. Settings for both IPv4 and IPv6. The filtered choices are referred to as "for Families." I have Cloudflare DNS set in my router. It can alternatively be set in the network configuration on the computer (or other devices if such can be done). See the instructions/choices under the (expanded) Set Up menu at the left. Cloudflare DNS

Thanks a bunch, joann!

Sometimes oldies are goodies. (Excluding the pictures - well, only partly excluding, as seeing pics of old friends has its own heartwarming rewards).

Looks like there's a bunch of us Canadian January's kids - mine's the 30th.

Daughter likes to visit in summer, and when three years ago she celebrated my 90th, I said that I figured that I didn't dare die between then and Jan., or I wouldn't be keeping up my end of the bargain. So I was able to express great relief when the cake claimed 89.5!

Some friends from church thought that so droll that they did it the next week at coffee hour after church - to general amusement.
