I do have a magnolia wreath (real, now dried of course) from my old front door, but it's too big for these doors plus id need two! I like everything on your list. Adding a mirror in the hallway will give you the illusion of having a bigger space and it's perfect near the entrance because everyone needs to have one last look at themselves in the mirror before heading out.

I'd probably do a rectangular rug just inside the door to define the entry and a matching or coordinating runner down the length of the hallway, stopping at the door. It doesn't have to be an exact length but bigger is better than smaller. You just want something to grab the eye and ground the space.

Not much room for anything, but some art on the wall. I would have suggested a runner, but it looks like both doors open towards the hallway and might not be able to clear a rug. Myself, I would paint everything under the chair rail in the same trim color. Not everything has to be decorated.
