2) Entrance door is black with 5 windows and ceiling is I believe 14'.

3) I use to have a china closet in the niche and now I am planning on installing floating cabinets. I am probably going to do around table or 6 chair table depending on what I can find in the market. I haven't had time to think about furnitures in detail. My main focus is complete the construction and pass the inspection.

4) In the kitchen is an acrylic white L shape and Island is brown. I will be using white quartz for counters with few veins of brown counter.

If you are talking about hanging something low in the stairwell, you can or you would hit your head on it lol

The chandelier in dining will need to be picked after table

Chandelier wont hand over the stairs but a bit away from it and I am thinking of doing it 7’ above floor

Any idea what brands make long chandeliers?

I would not hang a light in the "stairwell" as (a) there are already recessed lights that illuminate the upper stairs and the landing, (b) there are step lights in the lower stairs, and (c) any hanging light would hang lower than the handrails which will be attached to the upper and lower stairs.

so it would hang in front of the stair rails? sorry i dont see the point in that.

I favor the ones with the round spheres hanging down in a helix. You are going for a "natural glam" look, and a helix and spheres are at the heart of nature. Ask any biologist or mathematician. Tee, dumb question... With all the lights already in your staircase, maybe you don't need a ceiling fixture there. What do you think about saving that space for a smashing floor sculpture someday?

Ooooo.....as an aging person, I have strong feelings about placing lights at the sides of the mirror, sconces or pendants, and NOT from overhead....makes me look so much older and get the makeup all wrong.
