In-swing awning window to replace old basement window

Has anyone replaced an old awning window in a basement with one that swings inward to allow for escape access? I've seen these windows in articles but have not yet tracked one down for sale through internet searching. Well, one that opens upward at least. I'm not sure if they're designed to rotate 180 degrees. It's just added insurance for this particular space. There are proper escape windows where needed.

The ones I've seen so far open downward and are marketed as allowing access to clean the exterior from inside. They fit my 32x14 opening, however.
