Hot green tea with sushi, in a restaurant. I don't have green tea at home so if I eat it at home then I drink whatever. Can't really think of anything else.

Root beer with a hot dog.

Ugh, you're killing me with that pic TV, I'd top it off heated with some melted swiss or other appropriate cheese and chow down on that one, usually I drink water or iced tea with meals but tonight I'm pairing my chili with a Victory's Golden Monkey beer..........with a side order of water of course ;-)

Applesauce with pork chops or ham (thanks Mom!)

Gin with tonic

No other fixed pairings and even those are flexible.

Pepsi with pizza

Red wine with pizza- really obligatory for me.

Margaritas with TexMex or just chips and guacamole or salsa.

Café au lait or capuccino with biscotti or kouloukaria (Greek cookie.)

Hot chocolate with shortbread is great too.

My favorite beverage with a deli sandwich would have to be Dr. Brown's Cel Ray soda. I've not seen it around here and the craving isn't strong enough to order it online, so it's been years.

I drink diet soda with most meals.

( No health advice please, I am aware that its not good for me and it is my INFORMED DECISION to drink it anyway)

I really do not have a particular pairing but if I am eating anything sweet I prefer darker diet drinks like cherry coke zero or zero sugar dr pepper.

There are drinks I prefer to drink with no food interfering, like hot chocolate or that really sweet delicious sparkling grape juice we used to drink as kids as a special new years treat. I will buy a bottle of that every year just for fun. And I prefer water that must be absolutely loaded with ice after exercise of any kind. I hate hate hate drinking water with food. makes me gag a lil bit.

Deli sandwich goes with a good cold beer. Wine with everything else. Well, maybe not with a burger or a BLAT.

Beaujolais nouveau with turkey.

Diet Dr Pepper with Chick-fil-a.

Skim milk on cereal and in a glass, 2% or greater milk in coffee.

Apple cider (not hard) with a ham sandwich.

Dr. Pepper with pizza during the day, otherwise beer with pizza. Sweet tea if I'm having cornbread. Black coffee with pie.

Root beer with pizza. Takes me back to my tween years when a friend and I would leave the roller rink for a lunch or dinner break, go next door to the pizza parlor and split a pepperoni pizza and share a pitcher of root beer.

I mostly drink Diet Dr. Pepper or Plain Iced Tea at home.

If I am someplace where all drinks are fountain drinks and they don't have plain iced tea I will drink lemonade.

At my favorite Italian place I always have Strawberry Italian Sodas with my meal.

I'm not into wine and I don't drink other alcohol with meals. Peanuts with beer maybe but not into food and drink.

Regular coke wi th a burger. I don’t drink a lot of soda otherwise.

And while I will drink tea with ”not-breakfast” foods, I won’t drink coffee with them.

Mixed veggie juice with breakfast - eggs or pancakes or waffles, not with oatmeal or cold cereal, though. At a restaurant it would be V8; at home it’s Knutzen’s Very Veggie low sodium.

When I have grilled cheese, I always have milk with it.

V8 with most sandwiches at home. Bloody Mary when we go out for breakfast. Dinner, we drink wine. Otherwise always have a can of flavored seltzer water open to drink. I don't like beer, we don't have soft drinks around - pepsi, cola, etc... we never drink them.

Beer with hard-shell crabs, practically the only time I drink it.

Apple pie is good with cheddar cheese. Apple pie is good with ice cream. But the one thing that apple pie MUST have with it is black coffee.

We drink soda when working construction together. I buy it! ☺ "I" call it AMBROSIA. It only tastes that good if I'm working that hard...for long hours. I like tart cherry juice alongside a spinach salad that has a sweet dressing.

Coke with pizza or burgers, beer with Mexican, wine with most anything else. Otherwise, it is coffee with anything before noon, unsweetened ice tea from noon to evening, wine from then on (unless I stick to the ice tea, which I often do).

I can’t stand coke or any sodas. I hate the taste and the gas. If I’m thirsty at home I‘ll drink tea or water. If I’m walking in summer I might have ginger beer or elderflower. Cold beer if I’m somewhere hot and sunny. With a pizza I’d drink a lager or red wine, not something sweet. I don’t eat burgers. With meals out or at home I‘ll have tap water, wine or beer.

Yes, water works for me too. I was going to be sassy and say a nice juicy IPA with breakfast but really I never drink alcohol before lunch. (For non-beer drinkers, juicy IPAs taste much like orange juice.)

I can find a wine or a beer for almost any dish beyond breakfast, when a Bloody Mary or Screwdriver would be best.

I like Zalco's combinations, but I also like to have a bit of red wine with Brie or Camembert, if it is in the evening.

I like to have sparkling white wine with crab, which I normally have as a Crab Louis salad. This is my favorite thing to have for NYE.

Poultry with cranberry sauce is a must

Toast with fried dippy eggs, french onion dip with potato chips, ketchup with breakfast sausage, mustard and relish on my hot dogs!
