Put a valance in between the transom and sliders.
And do curtains from there.

I would put a rod at the ceiling and use Grommet drapes, a similar color to the existing wall color. Pull the blinds when you need to, stack them back when you don't.

Thank you for the replies. I like the idea of ceiling track with semi sheers but not sure how that would look on the dinette window which would stack back near the aquarium window. There is just not a lot of space on any side of the windows and sliders and both sliders need to stack to the left. What about the aquarium window?

Not sure which window you're referring to as the "aquarium" window. I keep looking for fish and coral! lol Do you mean "atrium" window? You might do a stack back on each end of every window except maybe at the built-in bookcase. Note in pic #2 that the drapes can be slid to any spot and stacked there, even if it hides part of the view.

Do you need window coverings and if so for what? Privacy, heat and UV control I guess I need more info.

The window in the middle is called an aquarium window here in Florida. It’s 2 or 3 sheets of glass butted together with no frame between, i.e. looks like an aquarium.

The window coverings are mostly for privacy in the evening. No concern about heat or UV.

Who has a view into your home at night? Is the fence not high enough to block any view from the house next door?

I have a similar set up and went with window tint for UV protection (no window curtains, blinds, etc.).

Tinting or filming your windows can invalidate the warranty if they're still under one.

The fence is on the side and high enough so the neighbors can’t see in, but it doesn’t cover the back of of our property. The house behind us is probably 1/2 acre away. I guess they can’t really see in, but I like the idea of some sort of covering to make the space feel cozier at times.

If you prefer a cozier feel and you really don’t need privacy you really need to pick your battles. If you don’t want to cover the transoms and only cover the bottoms IMO you are shortening the walls visually.

You cannot treat the aquarium window separately. Your best bet is to treat them all the same with very sheer panels right to the ceiling. If not you are going to have a hodgepodge of various treatments which is going to over complicate the space.

We live in Florida also, so we know about aquarium windows. Lol. We opted for shades that roll up to the top with small box covering. You can purchase them with light blocking, if needed. Also come motorized. Many colors available. Think we got them at blinds.com. They have sales all the time. Good luck.

I like the idea gina0406 put forward. I love Hunter-Douglas Silhouette Blinds. You can have them all the way up onto the roller (has a decorative cover), or if down, they can be open to see out; seeing in is harder, or have them down and the vanes between the 2 sheer layers are closed. They are not cheap, but would solve your side-stack issue. Lowe's sells some knock-off brands that are pretty good, too. I love the white, or off-white ones.
