I you want to keep the look of the original siding, Home Depot can special order replica siding that is cement. Of course, shipping delays might happen. I used their product to replace some missing tiles on a house I once owned. That was about 10 years ago.

You have a very cute house!! I think something in keeping with the original look of the siding would be best if feasible.

What color is the roof? I am wanting to accent it with green on the door or the porch but it really is classic and adorable as is (with a good cleaning). I think it's hard to match that sort of hunter green with some sort of other color. Can you paint or replace the accent on the awnings?

And I think trim in a different color than the siding is going to make it look smaller and choppy with the awning lines and trim.

No shutters please - too much going on with the awnings to add shutters too. Maybe someone else will have a fabulous idea for you!!

I would remove those awnings IMO too heavy looking for the house . If they are to control the heatand UV rays a nice solar shade inside will do that then at the front add a nice metal and glass awning if you want one to protect from the rain. That awning would only be needed over the door . Some nice planters on those ledges for the stairs would be awesome too
