I wanted to say the number of ways one can cut veggies.

The number of times needed to whisk eggwhites for a perfect soufflé.

I know the answer to this because my sister and brother-in-law have taken some culinary classes, so I won't put down an answer. But, I'll add that the taller the toque, the higher-ranking the chef is.

That the chef has mastered 100 necessary skills.

My dad was a chef....and I don't know it. ☺ I would have to guess whips to make egg whites stiff or cream into whipped cream.....cream to butter.
