Hopefully, if you remove the shutters there won't be a difference in the color of the brick behind them. They need to be removed from the bay window. I think a change in the color of the mulch would be helpful here too. What does the door look like? We can't see it. If you like the shutters on the other windows, you could paint them to match when you find your trim color. Have you tried to match a color from the brick?

Ideally I think I’d whitewash or paint the brick.
But if your not up for that now you can either :

Paint the shutters.

Green

Or a deep blue would look nice.

OR

change the trim and gutter to copper. I think it would add so much to the house!!!!

I also think I’d trim the landscaping and add some more in there.

I agree no shutters and better and more landscaping that is what will give you curb appeal. BTW it is always nice to see the front door from the street IMO Also keep in mind painting brick IMO is the fastest way to devalue a home and there is no turning back without a huge amt. money to restore to brick again

Love the copper gutter idea!

The previous owners had a LOT of underbrush that we cleared and weeping cherries that block the door, but don't have an idea yet on what to replace them with.

I like the black shutters, they go well with your brick and your roof. The door should be a different color than the shutters, and I would go with a brighter color. Red, teal, blue, yellow, orange, whatever you prefer for a favorite color.
