The last image does seem to be 1"x12". The first two images seem to be shorter, maybe 1"x4"? And maybe marble to match the counter top/window sill? Something like asian statuary big brick pattern is a wee bit over budget. Or something like white thassos big brick pattern might work if you found it on sale. HTH, tmy

There are hundreds of yellow-flowered Asteraceae which look superficially dandelion-like. Your photo is taken from too far away to see much detail in the leaves and also you have not said where the plant is located geographically. So an identification is pretty tough. Maybe you could post again when there are some flowers (are they even yellow?) and show us a closer view of the foliage. For example, I can't tell if the leaves are smooth or not.

Thank you for those links! I'd like to pause, and say that all you garden webbers are fantastic. Using this site is a huge reason why my kitchen came out so nicely, and any issues that came up were solved quickly. But I digress... Is it trendy or classic to do a full wall of mosaic like in the picture? I tried (and hopefully came close) to create a kitchen that was not trendy, and I am also trying to avoid trendy designs in the bathroom. I feel maybe vertical or horizontal stripes of mosaic are trendy, but I want to incorporate some mosaics for color, and interest. I am not a designer, but it seems to me a whole wall of mosaic is less trendy than stripes. Don't you wish people that post their pictures on HOUZZ would answer questions?
