Comments (4)Yep, I remember that one Marlene, I think it is actually on one of those google links if you look far enough pages back. I remember when she posted she said she just threw it together out of an old fence (or some such words) and it was SO beautiful, lol, I couldn't have "threw it together" in a hundred years if I tried....See MoreHalloween Decorating Party
Comments (8)Welcome Azzalea! Oh my, what a FUN thing to do!! A Halloween Party in AUG. Love it! Sounds like all of you made such cute things as well as had a great time. (age is irrelevant for things like this.) I have the same problem as Party and Seas...no one to do stuff with. They are all HERE on the Forum and Janie must've lost the bus keys to pick us up and head for your place! :o) I have a feeling it would be so neat to meet you. I'm glad you joined us here, tho, and hope you can post pictures. hugs, Karen...See MoreHalloween ghosts
Comments (11)Thanks luvtocraft, The little boy in the pic's is my God son which lives here in town and I get to see all the time... my granddaughter is only 4 weeks old and lives an hour and half away so I only get to see her on weekends... Very hard for me to stay away.... Its hard being a grandparent for the first time an not being able to be there when I want too.... maybe its a good thing for her( my daughter-in-law),,,lol,,, Halloween isn't even here yet and I can't wait to decorate for Christmas.... I enjoyed finding scraps of wood and cutting out the decorations and then painting them to give them life.... last weekend I got a great deal on some wooden christmas decorations that only need some new paint on them... I got about 20 pieces for five bucks... and they aint little piece.. well the 10 gingerbread man they are about 2 feet tall but well worth the money... Cant wait to show yall the pic's on the Christmas decorations.... Missy...See MoreLook what I'm making for Halloween !!!
Comments (39)well, I am in the midst of a break from making my eyetini eyeballs....what a pain! Now don't get me wrong. I think they'll be a huge hit, Sat night - and since Scott likes martini's - it was a no brainer - to make them. But I'll say it again...what a pain - lol. I have six done - will go out and do the other six - if I can find the right size radishes - before I go pick will up from school. It's a great thing I can do before hand. I'm also doing the meathead - I got the "meat" today - and I am doing a jello brain. Also Sherry's spinach brownies - which aren't gross at all, the mummy dogs for the kids, cupcakes for the kids to decorate, and a crockpot full of Woodie's Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder. Oh and some nice thick gooey brownies. my neighbor will no doubt be bringing a bunch of good stuff. "starting" to get excited! There will be over 20 children here - I got streamers and am making "sashes" with winning categories on them. I will make way more than we need - and each child will win a "category". Cutest, Spookiest, Silliest, Most colorful, etc. after a costume "parade". Since the weather looks carpy, we have to find more ways to entertain "inside"...sigh. Next year I may have my Halloween party in August. :-) Stacy...See More- 4 years ago
