Replicating house design from passed architect & price question

The architect Simon Whitney, now passed, designed a beautiful house called "The Houl". I was wondering how doable it'd be for an architect to replicate it? Also, how much does this build look like it costs

Floor plan - https://www.landandplan.com/view.asp

Thank you for any help

UPDATE: I didn't realize this was copyright/stealing, etc. Idk who to contact though since the architect passed away. To what extent can I take inspiration from the build without copyrighting it? It has such a smart/good setup it's a shame that it is no longer usable bcz someone owns it. TBF, I understand why architects don't want ppl copying their designs, but I see houses everywhere in the US from North to South that look the same, so there is a limit to what you can gatekeep? Say if I did similar room setup, would that be copyright? Excuse any ignorance, I'm not an architect.
