It seems you have decided on navy curtains but I wanted to point out that they will fade noticeably at those windows. I liked the photoshop with the softer blue gray curtains for the amount of light you'll be getting as well as the color. Otoh, you could use an oatmeal linen and have it banded with navy the way those curtains Rorah posted were banded with coral. A bit of navy but not overwhelming. You could probably find the curtains and have a workroom add the navy banding at the bottom and leading edges. Rorah, my mother had those oatmeal linen curtains trimmed with coral in our library when I was a child. No valance, they were on a traverse rod. Decades later she gave them to me and I used them for another five years. Good design is timeless!

Come on PROs, you should know better than to recommend factory made art when there is plenty of art out there by real artists often for the same price. $99 at Homegoods? Spend that amount or less at Society 6 and support real artists making real work. Reposting again; Please please please do NOT buy art from big box stores! ONLY buy art from a place where the artist's name is listed. Get art from places that benefit the artists themselves (so not a mass produced place like homegoods or any big store) the following sites have work from real artists but with affordable options. You probably can find real art by real artists for less than you would get from those mass produced factory art places like pier 1. It doesn't have to be the original painting. Many artists sell prints of their own work for crazy reasonable prices. Don't be intimidated. You can get nice work from an artist for under 100, 200, 300, etc. Sometimes it's more, but these sites all tend to have affordable options. And you can often search by price, color, or theme. Loved your trip to Switzerland? You can find paintings of the alps. Avid bird watcher? Find photos or prints or your favorite woodpecker. Love the serene ocean? Tons of seascapes out there. @Anne Smith they are both comfortable to me (i had heard ery good things from axis owners) - for the 88" length the Metro deep is a little deeper - 43" vs 41"i think on axis overall and the "interior" depth from back cushioin to front edge of seat cushion is like 28/29" whereas i think it's more like 25 on axis. Metro seat cushions feel a little more "cushiony"/"springy" (but not soft) than axis which felt "firmer" - i think becausethe seat cushions on Metro (deep version only) are spring down (so coils in them) vs pure foam wrapped with down i . Also i think the back frame on Axis is taller and i think feels like it sits a bit more "upright" (the back of Metro feels more like C&B lounge sofa than Axis). Although the douglas fabric on Axis is very durable, the look was a little too "suedey" for me, and i couldn't use the ice or white color - I needed more of an ivory (so i would have gotten Icon pearl) . The ivory sumner fabric on the Metro is really nice (100% polypropylene)

IMO if you want good quality leather furniture none of these companies would be my go to. I like Italian made leather furniture and Natuzzi has pieces in every price range and BTW IMO sectionals are the most expensive uncomfortable seating you can buy. Comfort in seating comes from having at least one armrest so a sectional gives you 2 people that have that. So save money and buy a sofa, in fact the nicest is a sofa and 2 chairs. I have owned good quailty Italian leather furniture all out married life so 50+ yrs and I have never regretted the price I paid otr the pieces I bought .
