The chandelier is five feet in diameter? Do you love it?

I would not plan around that unless you LOVE it. It looks heavy during the day (but maybe cool at night?)

I would lay out the rooms and furniture relative to the space and change the lighting if you need- looks pretty easy since everything is exposed.

WOW that is huge even in that space IMO do not let that drive the rest of the decor a huge dining table and please no benches at any dining table ever no woman in a dress will never choose to sit on a bench. I would do a 72" for sure for the table and then if there are colors in the light then those colors for chairs I would look at some really nice wood for a table with a pedestal base and then those colorful chairs Really the light is too big for that tiny kitchen so you wll need to make that space have some real presence to balance the dining space .

@apple_pie_order not sure if its 60” but the table underneath is. I’m not in love with it during the day but at night it beautiful.

Thanks for info. A large circular or oval table where the diners would not be seated directly under the big ball would be more comfortable. I would also look around to see if the chandelier could go in the living room area where it could be the star and no one would be seated under it.
