David Austin rose variety suggestions?

I'm fairly new to growing roses, and have my eyes on a few David Austin varieties. Any suggestions for zone 7b? I probably need to stay away from types that are prone to disease or need special maintenance. I absolutely love a peony-style bloom.

Here are a few that I have my eye on, but if any are inappropriate for a newbie to rose gardening, please let me know! I'm in zone 7b.

-Bathsheba climber

-Teasing Georgia climber

-Tess of the d'Urbervilles climber

-Wollerton Old Hall climber

-Olivia Rose

-Emily Bronte

-Eustacia Vye

-Princess Alexandra of Kent

-Desdemona, or another creamy or white variety

Also, if you grow these, how thorny are they - will I need gloves to gather them for cuttings?

Thank you!
