I think I will ask about that cawaps, I didn't know if it was reasonable to ask but considering the apartment is 4k a month and you can't put one hole anywhere it is really cramping my decor style. What's the point of a gorgeous flat if it looks like you have no style? I have used command hooks for a few spots (but the look is modern so less is more) but I agree, it would be a fantastic investment for the owner.

Don't hang anything higher than the top of the window trim. A clock is pointless on the stairway wall

Thank you partim. It took me forever to get the furniture how I wanted that was functional and didn't look awful. Like I wanted to see the tv from the desk and bed, and I wanted my phone and laptop cords to reach both as well so I wouldn't have to have two sets. It was just a bunch of little things. Those are great ideas and the pictures look great. The little black table is a foldup and doesn't stay there, I just occasionally use it for extra desk space when I need it. It actually goes in the closet when not in use. I can't really hang the shadow boxes so that's why they are on top of the dressers for now. Maybe one day I'll get to hang them. As for moving the dressers and swapping out some of the art, that's something I'll definitely have to consider. I'm not sure if the dressers will fit there if I move the TV over because the drawers may not have clearance to open but I might try. The TV doesn't get hit by the door, I was worried at first it would but it's a closet and I don't swing it open fast and it would hit the stand first before the TV if I did.

Fabulous paintings! Whenever I have to hang several pieces, I cut out large pieces of paper in the exact size and tape them up. I can re-arrange them w/o damaging the walls. When I get the placement right, if I'm still not sure, I take a photo and Photoshop the artwork in just to be sure. (If you don't have good photoshop skills, come back to us and somebody will probably jump in and do it for you -- maybe me, if I happen to be around at the time.) Once I'm really sure about placement, I stick a tack through the paper were the wall hook should go, and tear the paper down.
