Think about an exterior solar shade, with a remote control. They can be mounted high up under the eaves, so none of the mechanics would show. d

I think the solar shade is the way to go too...a nice light sheer color that goes down at night and up in the afternoon after the sun moves. This is the front and I don’t think an outside mount would look right.
