ceramic is so hard have you searched vinyl sq tiles...that may give you some ideas. you can use some floor mats maybe area rug under table so the white or whitish becomes a backdrop....Look at it that way. But go see what is avail in vinyl squares....planks too .... you can embrace the difference from your other wood flooring w squares.

These are pictures of the cabinet color in the showroom. I haven’t purchased counter yet, but thinking something similar to the white one.

Why beige ? I rarely like beige and pure white together so I would need to see all your choices in a story board the pic taken in your space .Maybe explain why the wood floor can't be done in the kitchen?

Beige has already been selected and ordered- so not necessarily able to answer "why beige" right now other than, because I liked it!! Nothing is installed in the space at this point, and I don't have the tile in hand either to show pictures in my kitchen. These were some of my inspiration pictures.

Agreed! I just didn't want white. My house is a very small (under 1000sq foot), 1950s, brick cape cod ranch. Small and cozy! The rest of the house has dark wood floors and I originally wanted everything light and bright and to stay away from dark floors...but is that what I really want? Haha!

If you don’t want to do wood how about a white penny tile? I actually saw these super cool large 2” penny tiles at Bedrosians that I think I might use for my bathroom. Check them out. It’s your basic penny tile but bigger which makes it cool and different.

I admit to being lazy but who wants to keep a white floor looking clean every day?

The average tile installer can't do a good job with penny tile in a small shower, so I wouldn't trust one to do a good job for a kitchen floor! Who wants to deal with that much grout for a kitchen floor?
