I don't have many photos of wild animals actually in the wild (i.e. not in a zoo or managed park), but here's one that would also fit Friday's "other" category:

This guy came by the area a couple of years ago...haven't seen any since. They are so

beautiful. (and look at that face..he knew exactly what we were thinking). There were

several of them just off Campus one morning, and then they were gone.

In the second one, my young dog ran out barking out several deer right along the driveway. He was stymied when rather than running away, they just stood there staring at him.

When I was a wildlife rehabber (when I lived on the bayou), I specialized in baby possums, which, when very small, have to be fed with a stomach tube.
