The one that comes closest to everything on my checklist is the bottom one. One thing that I have found with some square seats that swivel, is that sometimes the corner of the wood base extends beyond the seat when the seat is at a quarter turn.

You don’t have to duplicate stools with chairs and actually it’s more interesting if you don’t. I’d suggest black chairs for a nice look. Also consider their size so they don’t feel too big or small with the length of table and legs work with the large pedestal. Would feel too skimpy for example This one would work with your fabric (which is lovely). You may also be able to remove seat to reupholster You could look for chairs that are suitable for cushions and use your fabric

Thanks Jen! icy avalanche in our house comes off as a very light gray; i would never call these beige. Pic numbers 3 & 4 are a good representation of the color. You can see the grey tone against the white electrical outlet on the island. we have the serena & lilly carson counter stools in white and have gotten many compliments on how well they compliment the grey cabinets. i’d think the white appliances will look lovely! good luck! would love to know what you eventually decide.
