The one that comes closest to everything on my checklist is the bottom one. One thing that I have found with some square seats that swivel, is that sometimes the corner of the wood base extends beyond the seat when the seat is at a quarter turn.

I contacted a local Furniture maker when I was looking for a sectional. I ended up getting a semi custom made through a furniture dealer, the price difference was about $800 going semi-custom versus completely custom. I believe that the custom one would had been better quality, but at the time $800 was big enough difference for me to go the other way. Yes, I believe that barstools will definitely be more expensive getting them local and custom-made, but most likely you will get better quality foam and a longer wearing fabric that way. I have reupholstered some of my own furniture, and an excellent foam is worth its price in gold.

If wishbone chairs came in a swivel option, I'd be all over that! I have decided I have to have swivel, my place holders are and they are great because they don't require a lot of room for people to get into or out of them and they don't scratch the floor because they have very little movement due to the swivel. It's those kinds of things you want to have figured out before you decide and IMO, you have to live in the space to do that. Your mood board looks nice.

They are similar, you can cover them in the same fabric/chair cover making sure it goes all around the wood base of the one on the left. If you are very concerned with one having more of a square base versus rounded base, you can also use high density foam and batting to create a similar shape before adding the covers. The reason i don't recommend trying to match one fabric is they tend to all be a bit off and you'll notice it.
