I still have many that have yet to open, so lets jump in:

NORDIC NIGHT: THis is a great purple.

SITTING COOL: This is one of my favorite Bennett intros. I guess I am a sucker for the pastels with a midrib. With all of the recent rains, the bloom is quite large (6.5").

Time Lord: Has been performing well this year in a part of the garden that gets little to no attention. I have to keep this one because I am a Dr. Who fan.

BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST: This is just an unusual looking flower. Benefits from the pm shade.

RING THE BELLS OF HEAVEN: Starts the season splotchy, but then straightens out. Also is consistently taller than its registered height. I have it in a front row and blocking the two behind it. I am afraid to move it to a different spot as it may not perform as well. Oh well, I may move the ones that are behing it. If that is my biggest problem in life, then I guess I have it pretty good.

This is another Ellison seedling.

The next two are a seedling of mine that is underevaluation

In the morning

In the evening after heat and humidity and rain. Seems to hold up pretty well.

njmomma:I have a Canon EF Lens EF70-300 F4-5.6 IS USM lens on the Canon Rebel. Easier for me to use this lens when photographing the blooms since I don't have to get too close to the blooms, ie step in the bed to get a good closeup shot. It is set on auto focus and all I need to do is adjust the distance, ie 70 through 300, for closeups. Heavier camera now with this lens on. I love our Canon Rebel. The simpler to do pics the better for me. ;-). I also use a Canon SD800 Powershot IS. Small, easy to handle but I think the zoom is nothing special and I prefer the bigger lens on the Canon Rebel. There are so many beautiful daylilies blooming here each day lately that I often don't know which direction to point the camera and were to start. I go out and usually if its just too difficult to get to or insists on pointing the wrong way, I don't take a picture unless its a special case. Like a FFO on a new 2009 intro I just planted this spring. Sometimes I just look around and zero right in on a flower or grouping that looks epecially good that day.
