Bathroom wall paint color suggestions to go with peach countertop

What color should we paint the walls? I hate the current color and the circa 1967 peachy pink countertop. This is my teenage boys' bathroom so I don't want feminine and it doubles as our guest bathroom so I want it to look clean! The top photo is noon day sun and the bottom is shutters closed and lights on (the color looks particularly bad under the lights). We painted over the floor and bathroom tile (it used to be bumpy pink/peach). Grateful for any suggestions (including specific paint colors). Thanks so much!

Since you have experience painting over the floor tile, why don't you paint over the countertop, too. There are products made specifically for that specific purpose.

If you want to keep the peach, I'd paint the entire room a color of white that works with the trim/cabinet/floors, and accent with navy blue rugs and towels.

I love a bold combination of navy blue (not too black) with this peachy countertop. I did a laundry room in this combo and no one mistakes it for being too feminine.

Thanks priairiemom. I picked up a sample of the Repose Gray & am anxious to try it on the walls. It is a very pretty color! Oh Wow! Thanks Tibbs! It's great to see a mockup. Wish I was that talented. It has me quite torn. But I'll start with trying the light shade first. Thank you to everyone for suggestions! :) I think maybe I should loose the valance? I looked at Lowes tonight to see if they carried the Delta champagne gold color so I could see if it could work with the polished brass on the shower door handles but they didn't have it (: Is there any other finishes you think could work with the polished brass?

I think the cabinets are lovely and would lend themselves to many options. Are you wanting granite? other solid surface? It's a fairly neutral bathroom as is (floor and vanity) so what colors are in the rest of the house and or are your leaning towards? Also, while it;s great for pros to offer help on here, I thought the forums were to share ideas and private messaging was more for personal or unique info.

I would keep it light. Do a white that matches your vanity or one of these colors.

Wow, you're all amazing! Thanks for the color ideas. Melissa, your images really helped me imagine blue/navy and I'm going to go get samples of a couple of them along with the neutrals that Houssaon suggested. Houssaon, how did you know that our trim was White Dove? Thanks again, everyone!
